he Viking 3-Ply Stainless Steel 8 quart. Multipot helps to achieve rolling boils in a shorter time frame than conventional stockpots, making it ideal for preparing pastas. The fitted pasta insert allows you to cook the pasta and then lift the insert directly out, leaving the water in the pot for additional rounds of cooking. The 3-Ply Stainless Steel clad construction of the multipot-multicooker combines three layers of metal to create one solid piece that is formed into the vessel, making the stockpot extremely responsive to changes in heat. The Viking 8 quart. Multipot is perfect for all cooking methods, including induction. The 18/8 stainless steel cooking surface will not react with foods and is easy to clean. Internal volume markings in both US and metric measurements make it easy for the cook to measure volumes accurately even when filling directly from the faucet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pot is huge and the inside markers for volume are great. Heat flows really well because it’s aluminum & stainless steel, so was able to cook at a lower setting on the stove more evenly. It was easy to wash and cleaned up well. Will get a lot of use out of this pot before it shows any wear. It’s oven safe but I haven’t tried that yet!. Elizabethb. Tue Jul 07 2026

The 3-Ply Stainless Steel Viking 12 quart. Stockpot helps to achieve rolling boils in a shorter time than conventional stockpots due to the clad construction throughout the vessel. The combination of materials increases the heat transfer throughout the pan, making more efficient for cooking. The large capacity of the stockpot is ideal for preparing pastas, soups, stocks and more. The vessel's high walls minimize evaporation, making it ideal for slow simmering techniques.
