Make sure your home is comfortable and has proper ventilation with the Broan Fan and Light. This innovative unit provides light to your room while also functioning as a powerful, quiet ventilation unit to ensure the ultimate comfort in your surroundings. The base disappears into the ceiling, making it a practical unit for decorating your home. The round design eliminates squaring with the walls for easy placement. The plug-in, permanently lubricated motor surrounding by rugged steel housing ensures reliability. It's designed with a 4-inch ducting for a quick and easy installation. The high-efficiency centrifugal fan operates at 100 CFM and 5.0 Sones and uses A19 base lighting (not included). While this unit is great for over bathtubs and showers when connected to a GFCI protected branch circuit, it is not for use over cooking surfaces. The Broan Fan and Light is the perfect addition for your master, guest, or kid's bathroom.
