The shed was just what we needed. The assembly however was put off six different times as the installation people cancelled on every opportunity. This was very disturbing as the installation would be scheduled, adjustments would be made to be there then it would be cancelled.... this happened SIX different times.. Peter. Olmsted Falls, OH. Use narrow outdoor areas efficiently with the DuraMax SideMate Plus 4 ft. x 8 ft. Vinyl Lean-To Storage Shed. This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open. That way, we're not worried about it blowing over with heavy winds. [I was incentivized by Wayfair with a monetary reward in exchange for a review]. Diana. San Jose, CA. Thu Apr 23 2026

Our eco-friendly resin outdoor storage shed delivers all-weather durability with zero rust, rot or peeling. Built to withstand 30 PSF snow load and 35 MPH winds, it reliably shields belongings from rain, snow and harsh sunlight year-round. This multi-purpose plastic shed serves perfectly as a tool house for lawn equipment, garden storage for planters, bike/trash bin enclosure or even a small pet shelter, keeping all items dry and organized. Designed with side windows for natural light, roof vents and drainage to banish dampness and odors, it features thick 14mm double-wall HDPE panels—sturdier and better insulated than standard 10–12mm competitors. Best of all, it requires zero upkeep: no painting or sealing needed, with UV and fade resistance, plus a sloped roof that efficiently drains precipitation, outlasting easily corroded metal and rotting wooden sheds.

Good size, sturdy enough, nice neutral color, fits well in the yard. I just wish it would have been easier to put together and we didn’t have to pay for the install. Lisa. Castaic, CA. Fri Oct 02 2026

Its long, shallow footprint is suited to placement beside a home, garage, or fence and provides enclosed storage for garden tools, pool equipment, long-handled items, and seasonal supplies. Wide double doors improve access, reinforced framing adds support, and the included foundation helps create a stable installation area.

You need to set aside a full day or two to assemble this thing, BUT I will say that the instructions are thorough and correct,,,, all the pieces were accounted for, and once assembled it's fairly sturdy,,,, though if you live in a high wind area you may want to consider a different shed. For us though, after placing it against a wall and in the corner, no worries about the wind. Looks nice, needs some sort of latching hardware for one door,,, I used magnets. A bit overpriced for what they spent on materials, but I'm happy with it, the dimensions are exactly what we needed.. David. White Rock, NM. Sun Jul 05 2026

This shed fit the size I needed. Overall it’s a good product but the pictorial instructions were a bit hard to discern in a few parts. Some of the pictures were a tad small and a few portions had part numbers reversed from what was on the part.. Gary. PA. Sun Jul 19 2026

Nice shed, however, 1 week after I bought it, I was offered the same shed at a 21% discount. A I chat refused to honor it on my order, or offer any credit. Also, installers were completely incompetent, and did not assemble the shed properly. Overall, a bad Wayfair experience. Don. PA. Tue May 19 2026
