These stands seem very sturdy, they look nice and I think they are a good size. They did take a while to assemble, because of so many screws by me using a screwdriver. Once filled with water, it will keep potted plants watered for up to 14 days. The unit features a base reservoir tray that contains a 'stilted' inner support platform which is covered in capillary matting. The base tray provides a reservoir of 1 gallon of water. Now these are COOL! And goodness, what a brilliant assembly structure. Those little locking tabs are genius. A couple bottom screws and boom, done. They’re well built and exceptionally sturdy. I sprayed the hydrogen peroxide, vinegar and salt solution and they were good and rusty in like two hours. I like that they come with a special netting basket for dirt in the top shelf area should you decide to plant insist rather than just use pots. I’m not sure which direction to go yet. Packaged rather nicely, but still came with a few minor chips. I did appreciate the pre-drilled holes and the fact that it came with its own little screwdriver which came in handy in some of the tight corners. Some of the wood was weirdly stained but in the end if it’s going outside it’s not going to be perfect and the rustic look is a choice.
