I took a chance and bought “open box” inground pool safety cover. The item I received was perfectly packed and has all listed items needed for installation including instructions! We decided to not remove the hand railing which we would have had to cut. I had an 8 mm pool cover that disintegrated last year so I opted for the 16 mm.
