We regretted this purchase from put-together day #1! It ended up taking 75 hours to put it together. We had to make several make shift changes because of some pieces that were not provided. The directions have NO WORDS and the tiniest non-descriptive pictures in the world. This is not water proof, but we used spray foam insulation and caulking to seal it up. In any severe heat or hold, it is apparent the windows and top clear roof panels would crack and dry rot. Time will tell!
