We have had a lot of rain so we just were now able to inventory everything. It was all there according to the parts list and all very well packaged. The corners of the panels were well protected. The curtains were tan although I hoped they would be blue like they were pictured but the description didn't say the color. They will still look beautiful. Very excited to put it up although it will still be a few weeks because we had hall damage to our house and the lithe gazebo we already have and that will need repaired our removed first.. Mara. Im somewhere between 4 and 5 on this. The packaging is horrible so many parts were damaged. Wayfair gets a 5 out of 5 for getting replacements ordered for me quickly. The replacements were packed just as poorly so some got damaged as well but they sent extras so it was not a problem. Sent from the manufacturer so none of that is Wayfairs fault. Instructions were just okay. Not always super clear. Some bolts really wanted to cross thread. Im happy with the look and function. Its not going to keep every drop of water out in a storm but itll do an adequate job. It could be a little sturdier but I dont think you can find better for the price. Im telling everyone about Wayfair customer service. I expected to have to contact the manufacturer myself and be lucky to get a response. Blown away when Wayfair handled it all parts were shipped within a day or two.. Kasey. Sun Jul 19 2026

I've purchased several things through Wayfair and each of those was a pleasant experience. This hard-topped gazebo is beautiful now that it is complete and it looks impressive in our yard. We look forward to many years of use. But, it had a couple of misleading aspects to it The estimated construction time mentioned on the item's site was grossly understated. Even with the help of a second person for certain tasks, it took me more than 4 times the estimate in the listing -- and I am pretty experienced at constructing similar things. The product's installation instructions were nicely illustrated, but several parts were mis-labled in the instructions and several of the instructions didn't cover crucial details. More instructions and more explicit details would have been very useful. Some instructions were so ambiguous that I had to try out more than one possibility, going back and re-doing certain things. That is the product manufacturer's fault, though. Wayfair's transaction went very well. They are efficient, speedy, accurate and responsive. One quibble: in the time between placing my order and receiving the shipping confirmation (just a couple of days), the gazebo's price dropped almost $100. It would have been nice of them to give me the reduced price.. Thomas. MI. Sun Aug 09 2026

This stylish and durable outdoor patio gazebo provides ample shade and effective protection from glare, sun rays, and heat. It is the ideal place to enjoy your garden, rain or shine. It's perfect for entertaining guests or for quiet relaxation with family or alone.

I will say the final product is beautiful, feels sturdy but won’t really know until, I use it more. I won’t lie, it was a mission to be built. I originally booked someone to build it, but my delivery didn’t come together as expected and one part was delivered late and I still had to pay for the build but couldn’t get it built and neeeded to do it myself. If you have 4-6 capable humans, you can get it done in 6-8 hours but I did it with 2 and it took 2 days and a half days. The half day, was because we had to peel the plastic off the roof pieces and they were stuck on due to the heat from transporting this item to me. I will say be very careful during that process we had a lot of cuts on our hands and legs from this process, it was unnecessarily dangerous. We got the frame up in one day, the roof in the other and then the nets and curtain. We added a fan but there isn’t really a structure to run the wiring for the fan, like hooks or anything, to bring it down to the Elric which was disappointing. We do love the color, and love the double nets, but can’t describe the logevitubof the final product as we’ve only had it up a week. We thing we like is at the top of the roof, there are bug guards in the vents of the roof to prevent bugs coming in, which I’ve seen others that don’t have this. Overall good buy, if you have time to put it together of plenty of people, will update in 6 months .. Anonymous. Mon Aug 24 2026

The aluminum roof of this outdoor hardtop gazebo blocks glare and 99% of harmful UV rays, reduces heat on sunny days, and minimizes rain noise. The sturdy roof handles heavy snow loads reliably, resists deformation, and stays durable. Use the included curtains and mesh to customize your space—the upgraded fabric enhances texture while preserving privacy between the gazebo and your natural surroundings.

This little gazebo is an incredible find and a great value. It was one of the less-expensive options available to make a covered area for our Weber grill. I chose it because it had a hard metal roof with a good slope and a classic style. The kit exceeded expectations beyond expectation! First off, the packaging was like nothing previously encountered. Inside the heavy cardboard box was a wooden crate in which each component was wrapped individually and clearly labeled with stickers. The hardware was actually organized in a tray - amazing!. Ruixue. This hardtop gazebo is good quality, but when we assembled it, we found some parts missing. It comes in 4 boxes, and they're heavy and huge. But we had to contact Wayfair to get some of the missing parts replaced, and they were very helpful. Hopefully these crucial parts will arrive soon so we can finish the assembly.
