I’ve had this for around 3 weeks now. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is I thought the frame was going to be black instead of brown in color so I don’t think the brown looks good with the gray top but overall it is very sturdy and well may but it was hard for one person to put together so it took three people to put it together and about three hours I would say. It works great for any time of year and we have really enjoyed it this summer so far because it has kept the bugs out and and have used the fire pit under it and been able to sit out in the evenings and enjoy it.. ***** Five stars for quality, but be warned: 1. You will need three or four strong people to put the heavy basic structure together and into place, and two people for the rest of the construction. 2. This is not a weekend project for a DIYer. 3. If you can, hire someone with experience. We did, and it was worth every penny. 4. Instructions were fairly good, but missing some crucial information that took some time to figure out. 5. Once figured out, all parts fit together well and pre-drilled holes lined up. 6. There are lots of painstaking details, like fastening thin pieces of weatherstripping around inside and outside of all plastic panels, to name but one. BUT, once put together, this is a very good-quality, beautiful room. We purchased a ceiling fan that converts to a heater and hope that, here in Ontario, we can use it as a three-season room..
