[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great!! I can finally sit outside on my rooftop patio in the rain!  You can do alot with a 12x16. I have two couches and two swivel chairs as well as a coffee table under it Took me one evening of sorting and assembling the beams about 4hrs  Full assembly one 12hr the next day 16hrs in total with two people for the roof.  Two people all day could probably do it in 6-8hrs  Only reason I gave it a 4star review was because the plastic, protective, coating on the roof panels is impossible to take off I took me a half an hour to peel off one whole panel. I said forget this and left the rest.  Idk why its not just grab one corner and rip off.  Its like peeling off cling wrap  I havent had any problems with it being on And my roof gets direct afternoon sun. I would of gave it 5 stars but I think the instructions could be a bit more concise. All in all I love the look and quality of this item. I put it up by myself, and took probably around 8 hours total or so (had a few inclement weather days). But I love it. Looking forward to putting some lighting in it!. John. Columbia, SC. Shipping was fast and everything seems well packed. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Check your local permitting requirements before ordering. I live about 1,000ft from a bay that connects to the Gulf. Our area requires 150mph wind rating. This only has a 35mph wind rating. Honestly, I’m not sure of any place that never gets wind over 35mph. If your area allows you to build under a certain square footage without pulling a permit, you may be able to bypass the wind rating.. C. R.. FL. Tue Apr 01 2025

I really like this Gazebo, it's sturdy and attractive. It fits my needs perfectly.. Gloria. Harpursville, NY. Mon Apr 20 2026

Equipped with a wood-look powder coat finish, real aluminum posts look like natural wood but are strong and durable enough for your outdoor use. Wood-look gazebos give a natural look that will not rot or crack like real wood, or rust-like iron frames, but will last for many years. The gazebo on the patio is made of high-end aluminum material as our panels. Compared with ordinary galvanized steel roofing, this material can block strong light and 99% of harmful UV rays, effectively block high temperatures on sunny days, and ensure sound insulation on rainy days. The sturdy roof of the pavilion is enough to solve the problem of heavy snow that many customers are worried about. It has a similar load-bearing capacity as galvanized sheets, and has more stable characteristics. It is durable and not easy to deform. You can use the included curtains and mesh to decorate it. The upgraded fabric not only effectively improves the overall texture, but also reserves enough privacy between the gazebo and the natural space.

Now that we have our new gut table up in the weather, it’s a lot nicer. We really enjoy being outside. Eating breakfast and lunch and enjoying nature. It’s another world under a nice shade.. Anonymous. Tue May 26 2026

Well patience is a virtue comes into play with putting this together. It is highly recommended to have two people and if its your wife whos assisting you just be prepared for a marriage counsel session We didnt give it 5 stars because there were some roof panels that were bent or dented which we had to re-form. I've purchased several things through Wayfair and each of those was a pleasant experience. This hard-topped gazebo is beautiful now that it is complete and it looks impressive in our yard. We look forward to many years of use. But, it had a couple of misleading aspects to it The estimated construction time mentioned on the item's site was grossly understated. Even with the help of a second person for certain tasks, it took me more than 4 times the estimate in the listing -- and I am pretty experienced at constructing similar things. The product's installation instructions were nicely illustrated, but several parts were mis-labled in the instructions and several of the instructions didn't cover crucial details. More instructions and more explicit details would have been very useful. Some instructions were so ambiguous that I had to try out more than one possibility, going back and re-doing certain things. That is the product manufacturer's fault, though. Wayfair's transaction went very well. They are efficient, speedy, accurate and responsive. One quibble: in the time between placing my order and receiving the shipping confirmation (just a couple of days), the gazebo's price dropped almost $100. It would have been nice of them to give me the reduced price.. Thomas. MI. Sun Aug 09 2026

It fits perfectly in the area I needed it. I've had it for a few years now, the quality is good and I haven't had any issues with it so far. It has held up through winters and tornado weather. We don't have it anchored down in any way.. Brittany. Hortonville, WI. Tue Sep 01 2026

This hardtop gazebo features a durable galvanized steel roof that withstands heavy snow and strong winds, delivering superior sun protection and year-round stability. The ventilated double-top design enhances airflow, blocks harsh UV rays, and keeps the interior cool in hot weather. Supported by a heavy-duty rustproof aluminum frame with reinforced 4.7'' triangular posts, it ensures long-term sturdiness and deformation resistance. Equipped with double-layer zippered netting and curtains, it offers flexible privacy, insect protection, and full UV shielding via a smooth sliding track system. The integrated water gutter design efficiently drains rainwater along the frames and poles, preventing water accumulation and extending the gazebo’s service life.

Amazing product. Iris. Montréal, QC. Tue Jun 02 2026

The hardtop gazebo's roof is made of powder coated galvanized steel, which not only enhances the gazebo's resistance to wind and snow, but also isolates the gazebo from direct contact with the air, making it less prone to rusting and prolonging its service life.

I'm very happy with my Gazebo! I guess I'm one of the lucky ones, nothing was damaged in shipping. The only damage was from me dropping pieces. It was not to terrible to put together. Just follow the instructions and make sure you have an allen tool for your drill. ONE PIECE OF ADVICE!! When you get to page 14 in the instructions...do not put C1 & C2 the roof border on. Put the roof on and then put the border on. There is no possible way to put the roof panels on with the trim pcs in place!! Make sure you have something to hold the roof pcs in place while screwing them in. I used a long screw and just put it through the holes to hold them in place. Most of the holes lined up well. There were a few that were tricky to get the screws in. But it's all together now. Looking forward to having a sturdy year round, good looking gazebo!. Shelley. Sparks, NV. Sun Sep 27 2026

The outdoor galvanized iron roofed gazebos have strong, durable, non-corrosive roofs that are waterproof, sunshade and UV resistant. The cedar wood frame is rust resistant and assembles effortlessly. Perfect for poolside parties, family barbecues, backyard grills, and patio picnics. Our heavy duty gazebo creates a new place for cool shade and comfortable outdoor space for you and your family. You can set it up in front of a store, pool or house without a roof as an outdoor sun protection.

Photos shared are in progress, not complete. Overall this seems to be a great gazebo that should last a good amount of years and provide shelter from the elements, shade and a great outdoor living space for my family. The package came in 6 large boxes and we decided to tackle installation ourselves. As a working family, it took us 2 full weekends to complete the install. It was NOT easy, however, the kit came with every single correct part, cut to the right size, with plenty of hardware..but man was it tough in a few places! Mostly tedious, but definitely challenging for two healthy adults. Beyond the tediousness of assembly, the worst part about the entire experience was the shrink wrapped plastic coating that was applied to each metal roof panel. Why in the world was this done! We had to peel each individual metal sheet to remove the shrink wrapped layer that the Colorado sun would bake and flake off in less than a season and this added hours of unexpected assembly time and was an infuriating process! Otherwise my only feedback or warning is that the instruction manual has no written instructions, only pictures and symbols to work you through 18 steps with hundreds of parts. That made it challenging in a few places. Otherwise a heads up that you’ll be putting the entire thing together with an Allen wrench but I’d recommend having a drill with a hex bit and a socket wrench. A ladder is a must. Would recommend as a nice back yard gazebo, but with knowledge that it likely won’t last forever. Overall happy with our purchase!. Bria. CO. Mon Oct 12 2026

The wooden frame of the backyard pergola offers strong support and is suitable for various weather conditions. Measuring 12x14 ft, it provides ample room for family gatherings and outdoor activities. Metal roof gazebo's wooden exterior is simple yet modern, adding a natural touch to any outdoor setting. Functions as a gazebo, a shading structure, or even a storage space for various purposes. Ensures a secluded space for relaxation and gatherings.

Love this gazebo so far! My husband I put this together in about 11 hours. I will say that there were some parts that were mislabeled and a couple of pieces that were missing the pilot holes. But, overall the assembly wasn’t nearly as bad as I imagined.. Carly. Mon Aug 17 2026
