This sectional is pretty great for the price in comparison with department store couches it ranks along with much more expensive sectionals. I would say the firmness is a medium firm. Not a super soft feel or not a cloud couch feel either. The chenille fabric is very good quality and the black is a true deep black not a charcoal like other brands models. I like the size and different configurations available. I also like that all the cushions have velcro to attach them in place. The rounded edges of the cushions give it a perfect relaxed feel. This couch is actually pretty decent. Wasn’t sure but the price for the size was great. The seat depth lists 18.9” but it’s really closer to 20” (see photos) the storage is nice but the wooden slats have to be removed if you want to access storage. Other than that it’s very nice.
