These are awesome tiles. Easy to install. I used an exacto knife! A contractor friend of mine came in and thought they were real ceramic tiles. I just need to caulk the corners and put my outlet covers on. I love the look of them. I lost my ac this week and a couple are popping off the wall, so will have to re-glue. I thought the adhesive is pretty strong, but there are a few places (mostly near the outlets which will keep them down once installed). They are easy to remove from the wall if you need to change a new flash backsplash. It can be used behind the gas stove but at least keep away from 12 in or will cause falling, and recommend using extra glue. Tip: peel the edges & stick tiles together before applying to the wall. Makes it easier to line up and roll onto the wall. Be aware if you have textured tile underneath it will show through slightly. Don't apply on oil texture walls, orange peel walls, or popcorn walls.
