Very nice canopy. The material is heavy duty but fairly light to carry. It’s not so stiff you can’t work with it. One of the grommets came off already and that’s why it gets a 4. It arrived in a box that wasn't too heavy. It was neatly folded and included the tie-down hooks. The material is a type of plastic fabric—it looks like sturdy cloth on the outside and plastic on the inside. It appears to be more durable than other types of tarps; even so, the weather in my city is very changeable, so time will tell if it truly holds up better than other tarp materials.
