This hardtop gazebo is good quality, but when we assembled it, we found some parts missing. It comes in 4 boxes, and they're heavy and huge. But we had to contact Wayfair to get some of the missing parts replaced, and they were very helpful. Hopefully these crucial parts will arrive soon so we can finish the assembly. The gazebo will be sturdy and the black finish is really nice-looking. I also like that it has curtains for privacy, and the included mosquito netting is a big plus.. Tom. Long Beach, CA. Nice looking and sturdy gazebo. Took me about 7 hours with no help, but 2 ladders came in handy. Wood seems soft and marks or dents easy. A couple of bolt holes were offset and in one of the front black from cross brackets, there was no hole at all. Otherwise, we love it overall.. Art. Oceanside, CA. Sat Oct 10 2026
