For some reason, the drain and overflow accessories weren’t compatible with our plumbing system, so we had to swap those out, and I wish deer valley made it easier to find other options that are compatible not only with different plumbing but with different finishes. We've had this tub for about 2 years now and I couldn't be happier with it. I wanted a soaking tub that I could relax in and would fit my space. This fit the bill. My husband installed it with his brother and it took about 5-6 hours in total and one trip to get a part. No issues at all with the tub.
