I've been searching for a Sauna option for years and decided to try the Henley product due to a friend's review and price point. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the material upon arrival. The installation build was reasonable and enjoyable, instructions were easy to follow. Once the electrician finished the hook-up, I've been enjoying it daily. It takes about 15-20 mins to arrive to 185 degree temp. So far, I love it! I actually wanted a smaller sauna, to fit the niche of a removed (never-used) Jacuzzi bathtub. My wife didn't like my selection (too many knots in the wood), so I let her talk me into buying the Worthington model. Sides and back are a little flimsy, but seems pretty solid once completely built. We installed our own 2x4 under the lower seat for more solid support. The instructions are not very clear, especially with what screw goes where, it was a guessing game. Also, you will need at minimum a 82 inch clearance to fit the front glass (1 whole piece) in. We had to knock out our ceiling drywall to fit it in our 9ft ht basement. Overall after a few tweaks, extra screws drilled and extra support we are pretty happy with it. The Solace comes with a powerful Harvia 4.5kW electric heater designed to reach higher temperatures quicker than comparable models allowing you to quickly relax and release the day's stress away. The Harvia 6kW heater will reach maximum temperatures of 170-180 degrees Fahrenheit and comes with a built in delay timer allowing you to set the start time up to 8 hours ahead of time so the sauna is ready when you are. The Solace traditional barrel sauna includes a built-in floor leveling kit and a shingled roof for wetter climates. The accessory kit also includes a thermohydrometer, water bucket with ladle, sand timer, and stones for the heater. If you can only set the 149℉ and can not set the temperature up to 194℉, please don't worry, just simply press and hold the temperature "➖ "button for about 40~60 seconds to hear two ticks to switch to high temperature mode. 2. All the wiring must be ensured to be connected to the plugs of the corresponding labels/colours; otherwise, the product will not work properly. 3. The door of the sauna can be opened from both the inside and outside. If you find the door of your sauna room opens inward, you can try to enter the sauna first then push the glass door outward to keep it open. We suggest opening the door outward so that the sealing strip on the door can fit closely when in use. 4. Since the sauna stone contains natural minerals, it may have a certain smell.
