Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. This deep fryer appears to be a good little fryer. I haven’t had a chance to actually use it yet. I will update my review once it is used. I was not able to put the burner part up correctly because I was minus one nut. I had enough, but it was the wrong one and did not screw on correctly. It doesn’t hold the burner part in place.
