The witch is exactly as pictured. The assembly is very easy and straightforward. The arms bend to position them in different ways as well and it was fun doing that! It took 2 to 3 people to get it put together and to get the wiring hooked up. It was very confusing and not clear and the instructions. But overall it looks super cool and excited that we were able to try it. My daughter loves Halloween so this was amazing and something we normally wouldn’t buy. A great find at a reasonable price! The Animatronic took approximately 15 minutes to assemble, that's including filling the tube with water (used to weight it down for outdoor use) and inserting the batteries. For the battery case you need a tiny screwdriver,( not included) , I used my eyeglass screwdriver, it worked perfectly. My pumpkins head seems to activate best with loud sounds rather than motion.
