I think this picture frame is great. It's very solid quality and seems to be well built. I am a little bit concerned about the packaging it was shipped in. It arrived with all the glass shattered, but Wayfair is replacing it. Just keep that in mind when ordering this. The frame overall feels sturdy, and I think I'll have this for a while. It was exactly what I needed and came in the exact right size.. Adam. Ny, NY. Mon Sep 28 2026

This picture frame comes with an acrylic protector and has a standard slide-in installation method.

I guess it was my fault for not reading the details, but the “glass” on the frame is actually plastic. Not a huge deal but of course more susceptible to cracking or scratching. Really nice frame though. Can’t wait to hang it.. Jessica. Oib, NC. Thu Jul 09 2026

Looks good, sturdy & well-made. Real wood & real glass, as described. Accurate color. Disappointed, though, with the size, strength & shape of the metal tabs that hold the backing to the frame: Very hard to remove to slide the photo inside, and very hard to put back in because the end has to pierce the wood but the tab is too small and weak for easy handling & driving in.. I would have given this 5 stars, because the frame overall is nice. However, the description is not accurate. The 16x20 and 20x30 frames that I received were plastic and not glass, as clearly indicated in the descriptions, which was one of the reasons why I chose this particular frame. So i'm very disappointed in that feature.. Shaun. Peoria, AZ. Mon Jul 13 2026
