12 x 22 Cookie Sheet

This baking sheet set is a true dynamic duo. It is perfect for pastries, sheet cakes, bread rolls, cookies, and even a batch of homemade granola. Place the nonstick rack inside and use it in the oven for sweet and savory treats like maple-glazed bacon, or simply use the rack to cool a variety of freshly baked goods. The handles allow for a safe grip of the pan, even while wearing mitts, while the convenient third handle allows easy removal of the hot pan from the oven, without accidentally dipping a thumb in the freshly baked goods. The durable ceramic-reinforced nonstick finish is specially designed for baking, releasing moist cakes, gooey cookies, and sticky treats with ease, batch after batch.

I love these pans. They are definitely nonstick. They wash easily and cook well.. Amie. US. Sun May 03 2026

Popular with many home bakers, this pan has a cushion of air between two layers of aluminum. The added insulation is insurance against over-browned cookie bottoms and overdone pizza crusts, especially in ovens with hot spots. Get perfectly browned results every time you bake with this innovative pan.

Bake, roast, and fry to perfection with Viking nonstick baking sheet. These heavy gauge baking sheets are made of commercial-grade aluminized steel to heat quickly and evenly while the double-layer nonstick coating ensures easy release and quick cleanup. This unique construction provides the strength and durability of baking with steel with the added conductivity of aluminum for exceptional heat distribution. Each sheet is reinforced with a solid steel frame around the entire outer edge of the pan. The steel frame gives each baking sheet stability, making it easy to take in and out of the oven while preventing warping. The aluminized steel construction distributes the heat evenly throughout the entire pan for more even cooking. The high walls of the baking sheet wrap around the steel frame and are designed to help keep juices and liquids in place when roasting. The nonstick coating is applied to both the interior and exterior of each sheet for easier cleanup as it prevents food from sticking to your pan. The Viking cookie and baking sheets are dishwasher safe, but we always recommend hand washing whenever possible to extend the life and performance of the nonstick coating. You can also extend the life of the nonstick coating and prevent chips or scratches by using wood, nylon, or silicone utensils. Metal utensils and abrasive scouring pads may scratch the surface but will not affect baking performance. The baking sheets are oven safe to 475°F (246°C) and are perfect for baking cookies and pastries, pizzas, roasting proteins, veggies, frying eggs or fries, and so much more. Whether you are baking cookies or roasting a chicken, these baking sheets will give you the same tools in your home that professional chefs use every day.

These work very well. Sizes are perfect for many uses.. Molly. Creve Coeur, MO. Thu Oct 15 2026

Love this two pack cookie sheets set!! They are just the right size, not to big or to little. I have cooked a little of everything in them not just cookies. They easily clean up as well. Very sturdy!!!. Jodie. Hartsville, TN. Sun Sep 06 2026

These are pretty good pans. The metal has a good thickness to it and the sides are nice and high. The texture of the metal worked well with the non-stick coating. Nothing I made stuck. They did twist a bit while cooking but not enough to effect what I was making. I hand wash mine because they clean up so well. These are sufficient quality pans.. A. Jeanette. WI. Mon Sep 07 2026

Really like the cookie sheets. They clean up great and help bake my cookies evenly. The non-stick is awesome and things just slide off the sheet onto my cooling racks. Put away the parchment paper and step up your baking game with even-heating, non-stick, reusable silicone baking mats by Cuisinart. The half-sheet and toaster oven mats have slick, nonstick surfaces that repel fats, eliminating the need for adding oils, sprays, and butter to prevent sticking. Baked goods, fish, and roasted vegetables are made healthier, less greasy, brown evenly all over, and lift right off the tray. The lightly weighted mats lay flat on the baking tray, so delicate cookies and cakes maintain a smooth, flat surface and release with ease after cooling. Take the mats from the freezer to the microwave for total versatility, then run them through the dishwasher to thoroughly clean away odors and residue. Easy to use, clean, and reuse, these game-changing silicone mats offer everything the home cook hoped for to create the ideal home baking experience.

We've been using Lloyd Pizza pans for years and when we needed new sheet pans, my husband reminded me we can get Lloyd! I was excited to see them on Wayfair too! They cook well and hold up well over time. They do almost look "used" when they show up...there are usually some marks that look odd, but that is just normal for Lloyd pans (they even say this on the slip in the packaging). These cook much more true to temperature than other pans...so cooking time may vary until you get used to them. I always hand wash and dry.. Beth. Richmond, IN. Thu Aug 17 2023
