I love this pair of apple green pillows with pom-pom edge! The order arrived fairly quickly and was well packaged. The inserts were vacuum packed. I followed the instructions to put them in the dryer on high for 10 minutes to re-fluff them and that did exactly what it was supposed to. They are full and fluffy with some firmness. The fabric is smooth and soft to the touch, not shiny. The zipper is well hidden and fairly easy to open. The instructions on the pillow cases were to wash first and tumble dry on low. I did so but lost a pom-pom in the wash cycle and some of the others look a bit compromised. I’m not happy about that because the pom-pom that was lost is actually on the top of the pillow so it is noticeable there are others that look like they are just hanging by a thread so I’m not sure about the longevity of the pom-poms, which is disappointing.. These are very lovely pillows and the perfect tie into the other colors in my space. It was difficult to find a dusty blue colored pillow with warm whites and grey tones. Many of the other options I tried were too blue or too stark white or too cool. I like that the back of the pillows are finished in a blue fabric as opposed to a plain white-- makes them more elevated. I am deducting a star for the quality of down pillow insert. It is extremely under stuffed and lacking in plumpness and shape. They compress so much when you sit down. I would recommend purchasing better inserts and just buying the cover.. Adrienne. GA.
