Overall, I’m very pleased with this wall-mounted solarium and would give it a solid four stars. It arrived extremely well packaged, and all of the parts, screws, and hardware were clearly labeled and organized. The metal feels substantial, the paint finish appears durable, and everything went together very well for the most part. Once installed, it feels sturdy and looks great. There are a few important caveats. This appears to be designed for installation on a perfectly level patio. The doors and windows all sit within a fixed bottom track, and there is no real adjustability to compensate for a sloped surface. My patio slopes away from the house, so my contractor had to create custom supports from vinyl board beneath the track to raise and level the front, while also filling the gaps along the sides. It worked, but it added a considerable amount of custom work to the installation. The nuts and bolts used to attach the panels along the bottom track were also frustrating. They are small, finicky, and difficult to see and tighten while working close to the ground. A few have since come loose, which is concerning because the internal bolts are no longer accessible once the structure is fully assembled. The doors slide nicely and have a very strong magnetic closure. In fact, the magnets were almost too strong, so I added a few small pieces of stick-on felt to make the doors easier to open. The windows pop in and out easily, and holders are included for storing them. However, the holders could really use a small lip or raised edge on the front to keep the windows from sliding out. I plan to mount the holders on my fence so the panels can be stored safely off the ground. The gutter system is probably one of the weaker parts of the design. It also relies on the structure being perfectly level. Otherwise, water can collect in the gutter or spill over the front, which then gets the screens and windows wet. They did make an effort to seal and bug-proof certain areas, but other sections were left with noticeable gaps. I will need to come up with additional solutions, likely brush-style weather stripping, to close those openings. I also wish the windows were clear. Unfortunately, they are not. The smaller models apparently have self-storing windows, but on the 20-foot model the window panels have to be removed and stored separately. Despite those issues, this has been an awesome addition to the back of my house, and I’m very glad I bought it. It was a significant investment and honestly a bit of a leap of faith because I was worried it might turn out to be cheap junk. Thankfully, it does not feel cheap at all. The 20-foot model has two strong center supports, and we bolted the entire structure securely to both the house and the concrete patio. I’m hopeful it will hold up well through the winter as advertised. I do plan to add heat tape to the roof to help clear snow if we get a particularly heavy snowfall. Overall, the quality and finished appearance are very good. It is not a perfect design, and installation may require extra work if your patio is not completely level, but it has still been a fantastic addition to my home.. Thomas. Buffalo, NY. It is great once you get it together. The directions are not good. I think who ever created the directions needs to put one together to improve them. It takes a lot of time to put together. I am also disappointed because the screens open and close from the outside?? I am missing some parts have reached out to company but have not heard back. We just finished assembling this greenhouse and I’ll start by saying — it is very large. Bigger than I expected in the best way. Our plan is to put some furniture inside so we can actually enjoy sitting in it during the colder months, especially here in Ohio, and also extend our growing season for plants and vegetables when it’s too cold outside. It arrives in four very large, very heavy boxes. My husband and I assembled it together, and I strongly recommend organizing all the pieces before you start. There are a lot of parts, and it helps tremendously to get everything sorted out first. One important note: we do not yet have a concrete pad or platform built, so we assembled it directly on the ground. That definitely complicated things because the ground isn’t perfectly level. We had to use shims in several places to get pieces to line up correctly. If you can build a level base first, do it — it will make your life much easier. The instruction manual is extremely long. This is not a quick afternoon project. You absolutely need to be comfortable assembling large, detailed items. My husband and I both have a lot of assembly experience, and it still took us about ten hours. If you’re not experienced with big builds, I would honestly recommend hiring someone. A couple pieces were a little bent, but nothing we couldn’t fix easily. There were a few spots in the instructions that weren’t totally clear — particularly which direction certain metal pieces should face (upside down or backwards wasn’t always obvious). We were able to figure it out as we went, but it did require some problem-solving. I’ve also read elsewhere that the UV panels have a correct direction for installation. The instructions did not mention this at all, so we had to make our best guess and hope orientation doesn’t matter. Clearer guidance there would have been helpful. As far as materials go, the metal frame is high quality and thick. It feels sturdy and well-made. The panels also seem solid. My one concern right now is wind resistance. The listing claims it can handle fairly high winds, but we recently had 30 mph winds and the structure was definitely shaking and lifting slightly. The included stakes are not sufficient in my opinion, so we’ll be upgrading the anchoring system. I do love that there are two doors. Both are heavy duty and glide smoothly, which makes it feel more substantial. It’s currently February with snow on the ground, so we haven’t fully set it up inside yet. I plan to update this review once we have furniture and plants inside and after we see how it performs long-term — especially in stronger winds. Absolutely stunning! The only complaint we have is the assembly. The roof was very difficult to put together and I highly recommend having at least four people to help. There were only two of us and it took 20 hours in two days. The tools provided were an Allen wrench and another tool to hold the bolts. As there weren’t that many reviews, I was nervous to order, but I am SO THRILLED with my new screened porch/solarium! It took me and a friend two full days to build it. But it was so worth it. It’s summer now so I have all the panels off so I can’t attest to how it will be in the cooler weather, but it looks great, it’s big and I haven’t had any issues with the roof leaking and it’s rained heavily since installation. I absolutely adore my new four-season gazebo! It’s spacious, sturdy, and incredibly strong. I secured the post using heavy-duty bolts on a reinforced deck foundation. The instructions were not the most user-friendly, but since I’m quite handy with assembling things, I managed to comprehend most of the directions. However, I can understand how some people might find it challenging. Lastly, please don’t be like me and attempt to assemble this gazebo on your own. I was nervous at first, because the photos show the posts and headers as multiple pieces. However, we have had it standing in our deck for a few months now, and it holds up very well to rain and strong winds. It sagged in the middle at first, but when screwed in place to the deck, the header straightens right up. The brackets are heavy duty metal, fastened through pre-drilled holes in the treated wood.
