It's important to note that with this design, the center square goes above the ceiling grid vs. sitting below it, so this is perfect for my application as the basement in my home is quite low in some areas where there is duct work, allowing me to optimize head space versus other designs that droop below the ceiling grid. Keep in mind you may have issues with delivery as I had several times due to damaged edges, but Wayfair had solved the issue promptly and sent me replacement tiles free of charge. Vincent. These turned out great! They've been on the floor for 2 weeks and there has not been any lifting or bubbling. When installing, I made sure the floor were clean and did my best to get the tiles as tightly fit together as possible, using the claw end of a hammer to really push/pull the tiles together for as seamless of a fit as possible.
