I was happy to find these shades for our patio. Hadn't had much luck except to order custom made at three times the price! I wish these were offered in shorter lengths....96 x 96 is 3 feet longer than the openings on my patio, but we can unroll them to the floor at almost 8 feet, or just leave them at the top of our brick wall and have extra fabric on the roll. Don’t freak out if the box it comes in has the wrong dimensions printed on it. The one I got said 10x10, but I ordered 10x12. I had to Google it, and I read that as long as the stickers with the QR code says 10x12, it’s probably going to be the right size. They just use the same box for multiple sizes. The color was true to the photos, on the site. The fabric is a good weight, and quality. The only thing that would make it better, is if there was more velcro on the tie backs, so it would be more adjustable. I had to leave it loose. Also, some thin ties at the bottom would have been nice, to help keep it from lifting as much, when it’s really windy, and raining. It rained after installation, and the water did bead up on the fabric, so it is water resistant, like they say in the description. Over all, it is a quality product! I’ve had this for around 3 weeks now. The only reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is I thought the frame was going to be black instead of brown in color so I don’t think the brown looks good with the gray top but overall it is very sturdy and well may but it was hard for one person to put together so it took three people to put it together and about three hours I would say. It works great for any time of year and we have really enjoyed it this summer so far because it has kept the bugs out and and have used the fire pit under it and been able to sit out in the evenings and enjoy it.. It is great once you get it together. The directions are not good. I think who ever created the directions needs to put one together to improve them. It takes a lot of time to put together. I am also disappointed because the screens open and close from the outside?? I am missing some parts have reached out to company but have not heard back.
