I should have bought this when I bought my Purple mattress 5 years ago! Using a regular box spring under a Purple mattress will cause the grid to lose its shape and creates valleys in the mattress. Placing the Bunkie Board on top of the box spring restored the grid to its natural shape, and NOW I sleep on the mattress just like I did when I got it home! I'll be buying these for EVERY SINGLE Purple mattress I own!!!. Yokasta. NM. Mon Oct 19 2026

Crafted from natural rubber wood and durable plywood slats, With reliable slats, Whether embracing a minimalist aesthetic or indulging in bohemian fantasies, this bed will elevate the look of your space, ideal for adding personality to your bedroom.

Good materials and overall sturdy but it’s not easy to put together. You pretty much NEED a drill and two people. The center supporting legs do not all reach the floor so sitting down on it can cause noise. The frame is also bigger than a queen size mattress so there will definitely be a gap on one end.. Durability & quality

I've never assembled a box spring before, and it seems sturdy for this price point. I ordered the twin size, and was able to put it together by myself except for one step - I wanted to stretch the slats all the way to the edge of the recessed area so the straps would be taut. Consider wearing gloves for assembly, lots of splintery wood. My only suggestion for the seller is they should put an extra of each of the smaller hardware bits just in case they got lost. I almost lost a spring washer twice!. Kimberly. Broomfield, CO. Wed Sep 16 2026

I own a king size mattress (9 inch height) and two xl twin box springs (9 inch height). These are what I placed on this bed frame once I got it assembled. The specs say it has a capacity of 1000 pounds. If you are going for a setup like mine you may be alright if weight capacity is a concern for you. Assembly was pretty straightforward only 2 different screw types and washers...it comes with an allen wrench. I assembled it alone and it took me about 1 hour. Was impressed that the middle support slacks were made of some sort of metal. All of my past bed frames were made of wood slacks so it feel super safe. No squeaking when getting in and out of bed so far. Frame legs have floor grips on the bottom. CONS: 1. [This one is self inflicted lol] Kinda ridiculously high since I added my box spring and a mattress. Haven't run into any issue getting in and out of bed. It's actually kinda growing on me. 2. The frame isn't crafted to inset the mattress. As a result the mattress will lay on top of the frame. There are products like Adjustable Non Slip Matress Stoppers to hold mattresses in place if this bothers you but from my setup so far everything has stayed in place so far.. Joshalyn. Augusta, GA.
