Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. BUY IT! I was so concerned about buying an appliance which would be delivered by who knows who. I didn't want to spend the $2,000+ the local stores were charging for similar items. The instructions were clear and repeated so you couldn't miss them (let sit flat for at least 24 hours before plugging in) and it was easy to put the door on. The wine refrigerator itself is fantastic. It’s the perfect compact size and the dual zone temperature works wonderfully. My issue is with the printed instructions. The basic instructions seem fine, but I had to swap the door hinge to the opposite side and the instructions were practically nonexistent other than a picture that shows moving the handle from one side to the other. You will need an extremely tiny flathead screwdriver in order to remove the decorative plugs in the door.
