I contemplated ordering this mattress for a couple months before finally doing it and so far I have zero regrets! Shipping was fast, communication was great with tracking. Packaging was easy to open, and the mattress is great quality for the price. Firm and not flimsy, yet still soft. Just be aware you can feel springs if you’re not used to that and a topper might be desirable for daily use; this is a guest bedroom mattress for me and will work perfectly for that purpose. This mattress arrived packaged well. The intructions for unwrapping were easy to follow. This mattress was very heavy even in a skinny box. I suggest getting a second person to help lift it. I moved it upatairs on my own and it was quite a workout. I suggest unwrapping and unrolling it on the bed. It says to allow it to decompress for a couple of days.
