These caught my eye since I’m used to only seeing trivets that are round. I thought having rectangular ones would be great for when I am using them for a casserole dish for example. These trivets, sold as a set of 2, are sturdy and functional as well as decorative. Each trivet is round and has ball feet. The ball feet raise the trivet 3/4" off the surface you place it on. This provides ample space for airflow. Use the trivet to prevent damage to the countertop or table when you use the trivet to place hot utensils on. You can also place indoor potted plants on the trivets to allow air flow under the pots. The 8 inches round trivets are small enough not to clutter the table but strong enough to hold pots and utensils much bigger than the 8" diameter. The hand hammered look and the polished shiny finish goes with pretty much any decor!
