Works well and would purchase again. As with most of these products, the residual grease on the pieces makes it a little difficult to handle, but nothing major. These are very well-built shelves! I have all our pots and pans in one cabinet and it’s heavy, and both shelves slide out easily! We bought 8 of these shelves for our kitchen and they’re all working great. They do require you to pre-measure your cabinets to ensure a correct fit, and they did take awhile for my husband to install, but rest assured, they are high quality! Helpful tip instead of installing these to shelves, we used furring strips on the underside of where we wanted the slide-out shelves to be, and then attached the shelves to those. Center-mount ball-bearing slide is ideal for applications such as bedroom cabinets, bathroom vanities and kitchen cabinets

Being a novice fixing a drawer, it took me a bit to figure out how to separate this into 2 parts for install since there were no real instructions. I eventually figured out that you just had to forcefully yank them apart as their is no lever or catch for release like most drawer slides I've dealt with. After that, it was a simple install. I did have to search for flat small screws to install as they are not included with this slide. The only down side is that you have to pull so hard that it actually pulls the attached slide off the bottom of the drawer since there is no way to attach it tightly to thin wood bottoms. It seems sturdy enough, but we will be careful with this file drawer and never pull it fully out again...Not much left to reattach it to.
