So far, I’m in love! Just unboxed and letting take more shape for the day before we sleep on it tonight but, wow! Our last mattress was a Puffy, all foam, and plush. It was wayyyy too soft for us and was killing our backs. So I took a chance on this after reading the reviews and getting in for the sale. Best decision ever! I’m not exaggerating. It’s not even fully formed yet but I know it’s going to be a massive improvement and just what we needed for better back support. The shallow pillow top adds a softness that’s needed so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on the ground. But the firm structure underneath is absolutely incredible. The best of both worlds! Exactly what we hoped for!. Lauren. Pittsburgh, PA. Sun Jun 07 2026

*photo to come* Wow! I can not believe this was a bed in a box! This was my first time getting a hybrid bed in a box (I’ve always just thought of memory foam in a box) so I was skeptical, but once fully expanded, I can’t believe believe it. The last pillow top plus mattress I got was way over priced, but was comfy so I always would justify to myself the price was worth it. After seeing what I can get from wayfair for a quarter of the price and double to comfort, I don’t think I’ll ever go back to buying from a big box store. The bed is firm, but still bouncy bc of the coils and super layered making it extra comfy. I am a stomach and back sleeper and have not had any issues and even my husband loves it! So it’s a win win!. Gina. Minnesota. Fri Aug 07 2026

I ordered the 14-inch King size hybrid mattress. The box was mutilated upon delivery and re-taped. However, the way the mattress was wrapped tightly in a thick plastic, the mattress was not disturbed. I will warn you this type of mattress being a hybrid, when you unseal the plastic, will fly abruptly open and I would highly recommend opening it up in the room you plan on setting it up, especially a king size. The first night wasnt good for me. Luckily, I gave it another night and I did so because the mattress really felt comfortable. I guess your body knows that something is different and I am a very light sleeper. After a week of sleeping on the mattress I am really pleased, so is my husband. We dont overheat as our last mattress was all foam and would retain heat amongst being a little too stiff. I will say that the material on the bottom of this mattress is not the same great quality as the rest. Even though you dont see it, it should have the same quality all over hence why I gave 4 stars, otherwise its perfect. The old mattress is out and this one will stay!. Michelle. PA. Thu Dec 04 2025

I was reluctant to purchase a mattress online because I've always tested out options in store. The reviews were very helpful but ultimately what convinced me was the double sided use. I do prefer the softer white side of the mattress and can see the benefit of switching to the firmer side after years of use. After a week on the mattress I am SO glad I made the purchase.
