I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. We put it over a concrete slab. SO HAPPY.. Amanda. United States. Wed Nov 16 2022

I wouldve given it 5 stars. But couldnt find the back door handle with the package. And the base frame was very thin. It was bent while assembled.. Khaled. CT. Tue Sep 15 2026

This is a great unit! The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is that we had such a hard time installing the roof. The directions were horrible.. Sue. AZ. Fri Feb 07 2025

I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Also bought my own 16 foot and 10 foot long boards for the sill plates and headers, and used them instead of the shorter pieces that came with the kit. Michael. Wed Jul 03 2024

Once you paint it, add shingles and a garage door and you will have a beautiful addition to your property!

This needs at least two-three people to install it, and it does not come with a floor, garage door, or roof shingles. All specified in product description. Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. Overall a good value considering we did the work ourselves.. Family. Yardley, PA. Sun Dec 26 2021

Nice storage shed for the price. One negative is that you can only access the shed from the single man door and not from the larger double doors.
