The box became damaged during transit. After opening and removing the first layer of the plastic wrap I begin hearing an oozing sound, contrary to me not even opening the standard vacuum wrapped plastic. After expanding fully, the mattress appears uneven while maintaining it has the firm feel. I haven’t slept on it yet but from me sitting on it it’s pretty firm. Overall it’s okay for the price.. Whoever said this mattress was soft, fight me, because y’all lied. The bed did fully inflate within the recommended 72 hours. It probably would have been ready around 24 hours, but we followed the directions and let it sit the full 72. It also had no smell, which was a plus.
