It takes some time to fan out each section as you go but it’s well worth it! It took my daughter and me about 3 1/2 hours to get it done and I just touch it up as needed. I love all the different light options and wish it had a remote instead of having to change it with the foot pedal. It also seems to have a connector for a tree topper which I haven’t tried. I loved the tree but it was received damaged. The instruction left a lot to be desired. Just a few drawings with no writing. It took us forever to figure out why it didn't work. They offered a $12.00 refund if we would keep the item that did not work or send us a new one which we could not get by Christmas. Since I paid $64.00 for the tree of course that was totally unacceptable. I am sending it back for a total refund. I usually have a great experience with Wayfair.
