10 feet is really tall! I am disappointed that the top section of my tree is not straight, so that when attached to the bottom, the tree does not stand erect but slants noticeably. I now own 4 of these trees, use them as a screen between my back deck (outside) and my neighbor's. They are incredibly lifelike. Upon opening there is a faint odor that dissipates after a few days. Trees come very well packaged, and though "branches" are bent you can reshape them. The height is only attainable with the highest branch straighened. The pots naturally collect some rainwater, so I use mosquito donuts to prevent insect infestation.
