The box became damaged during transit. After opening and removing the first layer of the plastic wrap I begin hearing an oozing sound, contrary to me not even opening the standard vacuum wrapped plastic. After expanding fully, the mattress appears uneven while maintaining it has the firm feel. I haven’t slept on it yet but from me sitting on it it’s pretty firm. Overall it’s okay for the price.. I got the 14 inch queen size and it is much nicer than I expected. It came compressed in a box and immediately popped open when we opened the bag. It didn’t take long for it to reach the full 14 inches height. It is firmer than what I thought I wanted and you can tell that I has springs but it has actually been very comfortable and supportive. Mattress feels medium firmness, and after 2 weeks it has dramatically improved my back and hip pain.
