This is the best poacher I have ever used. The shape of the insert, that the egg goes in, is better than most! It spreads the egg out, horizontally, instead of the usual deeper, vertically, shaped inserts. That type never gets the whites aroun the yolk cooked well enough for me. I thought I would try out this omelette pan since I do Make eggs quite a bit. I must say that it works quite well. The pics were of my first time using it and I have perfected it since.
