I love that the diameter fits on each burner without extending over neighboring burners so that every spot on the stovetop can be utilized. The best nonstick I have ever used. I love Berghoff and I have replaced my set with Berghoff now and I absolutely love them. They heat fast use less gas and clean up easier than I have ever seen. While the oven is preheating - Wash the pan with warm soapy water dry it with a towel and then place it on the stovetop and heat to ensure the pan is thoroughly dried. You may also continue to rub the pan with a hand towel to ensure the oil is evenly coated throughout the pan. Place the pan into the fully heated oven upside down on the rack above the foil-lined baking sheet. Leave the pan in the oven for an hour. After an hour turn off the oven but leave the pan in there until it is cool to the touch.

Item has been backordered so I just received while on vacation; therefore, I have not had an opportunity to use it yet. Appears to be well constructed, has good weight to it for cooking, and stylish design. I thought it had a lid (had looked at several before buying), but due to size can improvise with a lid from my cookware. As another reviewer mentioned, it did not come with instructions as to whether it requires being seasoned or how to do so. Will update once we actually prepare a meal.. Borncajun. Crestwood, KY.
