The shower looks nice, it arrived faster than expected, but must be since it came from Miami and I live 2.5 hours away. The instructions need improvements, they are not very clear as to what to use to put it together and drill on the tile. The shower handle feels very cheap, they could have use better plastic. Enclosed is a cap that I did not know what to do with it and the tech support had to think about it too. Then they told me that they enclose it in all of the retrofit showers whether it is used or not. The shelve is attached with bolt that require a hex wrench, however it was not included, I have set of the wrench’s and I could not find that fit it after hustling I was finally able to tied it. Also the company should include better anchors and enclose at least one or two. I had to use stronger ones that I bought at HD. It is not hard to put it together once you find a way to do it. This is the most amazing shower set up EVER! My plumber could not believe value and quality for the money. Every detail meticulously laid out. This bad boy arrived very well packaged. I was surprised how heavy it felt. The unit by itself is not heavy at all but looks like its made to last high with quality material. Nice tower and lots of jets and other options in one unit. Not an easy install because of making holes in ceramic tile. Making sure all line up and no damage to my existing tile Took me 2.5 hours. Used it once and it's amazing. Great water pressure all over and temperature gage definitely helps to monitor water. Hopefully it will lasts longer than our 5 year old previous model. The Hand Shower and the water faucet at the bottom are not metal. The plastic feels cheep. (looks good) the hand shower faucet hose was also a bit cheap feeling. I replaced the hand shower and hose with another I had for a much stronger feeling product. Install was very easy. the finish was excellent especially for the low price. I like the way it looks and feels. I hope it last for a few years. We are very happy with the look and performance. The packaging was excellent. Fedex did not beat up the box.. John. Yorkville, IL.
