Im somewhere between 4 and 5 on this. The packaging is horrible so many parts were damaged. Wayfair gets a 5 out of 5 for getting replacements ordered for me quickly. The replacements were packed just as poorly so some got damaged as well but they sent extras so it was not a problem. Sent from the manufacturer so none of that is Wayfairs fault. Instructions were just okay. Not always super clear. Some bolts really wanted to cross thread. Im happy with the look and function. Its not going to keep every drop of water out in a storm but itll do an adequate job. It could be a little sturdier but I dont think you can find better for the price. Im telling everyone about Wayfair customer service. I expected to have to contact the manufacturer myself and be lucky to get a response. Blown away when Wayfair handled it all parts were shipped within a day or two.. Kasey. Sun Jul 19 2026

Nice gazebo. A few pieces came bent so that ruined the 5 stars but the customer service was great at fixing the issue for me. It took a while to put up and about 3 guys but…. It’s up and I love it. Stephanie. Racine, WI. Sun Jun 07 2026

The hardtop gazebo gives you a spot to enjoy your garden come rain or shine. It will become a permanent addition to your outdoor space, ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing alone or with family.

We ordered the 14x28 Purpleleaf Gazebo. We were looking for an easy maintenance option as our prior one (much smaller) was cedar and always needed cleaned and re-stained. We are extremely happy with the quality and look of this gazebo. It is massive but exactly what we wanted- an outdoor living space protected from the elements! The instructions could use a lot of work. It doesn’t appear they actually built it themselves when writing them. They needed more actual written instructions and not just pictures. My husband is very handy so of course figured it all out but it took us both looking over the steps multiple times to be sure we were installing the correct pieces in the correct way. It is critical that you have a tall ladder- we have a little giant ladder and it was perfect. You also need a 2nd person on hand (that was me) as some things just can’t be done alone. We even had to use a ladder as a deadman because we needed a 3rd person when putting up the frame. outside frame.. Nicole. Hilliard, OH. Sun Jul 26 2026

This is possibly the best purchase Ive made from wayfair. Its perfect. The only true issues we had (and by we I mean my husband his two buddies who put it together while I napped in my hammock) were that not all the bolt holes matched up so they spent some time drilling them out. HOWEVER, the three of them were able to get it fully built and put up within a day. It only took approximately 6 hours (they did stop for lunch and dinner Im not that much of a monster yall I fed them don’t worry lol). If you have the time, power tools, friend power, and a hammock for the Mrs. to nap in, 1000 buy it!. Nicole. Mon Sep 28 2026

Durable Galvanized Steel Hardtop: This hardtop gazebo features a rust-proof metal roof. It easily handles heavy snow and strong wind, offering robust defense against the elements for your patio.

This outdoor gazebo will give you a place to not only shelter from the sun and rain, but also a private space where you can spend quality time with family and friends.

Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. It looks great, and all of our Wayfair furniture fits under it and around our gas firepit. Nice addition. It is a good value. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is good. The worst thing is that the quality is bad, and it falls apart. Then, I have a pile of scrap metal in my backyard. So far, very pleased.. Dr. Frank Heresco. Corvallis, Oregon. Wed May 20 2026

This little gazebo is an incredible find and a great value. It was one of the less-expensive options available to make a covered area for our Weber grill. I chose it because it had a hard metal roof with a good slope and a classic style. The kit exceeded expectations beyond expectation! First off, the packaging was like nothing previously encountered. Inside the heavy cardboard box was a wooden crate in which each component was wrapped individually and clearly labeled with stickers. The hardware was actually organized in a tray - amazing!. Ruixue. Based on reviews and cost was the reason we went with this gazebo. It fits our space and the fact it has a metal roof was a great selling point. Our previous canopy had a canvas top which needed replaced every year. I did most of the install myself. I had very little help which was even necessary. It took me four days, so I went slow and steady. The picture only instructions were really pretty good. All the parts were there and all the holes lined up. Which brings me to building of the gazebo. I left all major screws and bolts that attached the horizontal rails to the legs loose. One of the issues mentioned in reviews was being able to make this thing “square.” I’m handy, but square can be tough at times. By leaving screws and bolts loose, it allowed me to make the necessary adjustments when installing the roof panels. Once all the roof panels were installed, I tightened up all the screws and bolts. It worked very well.. J Shiloh. Pasadena Md. Tue May 27 2025
