Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself.. was a little apprehensive at first about putting this thing together but when we opened the boxes we found all the paperwork and parts labeled and all pieces accounted for. Then the set up went well. Roof rafters had some tweaking to get right. Overall really good product! Looks great! Roof packaging took a little bend at bottom corner but we were able to hide them. This gazebo is fantastic. It took my husband and a friend about 5 days to put it together. They worked about 5 hours every and the last day was just getting the fit on the patio and drilling the holes into the concrete to get it set and then hanging the screens and curtains. They did a great job and my husband followed the instructions fairly easy, as he was in construction and used to reading drawings, so it wasn't hard for him. Everything went together as it should have. I think one screw hole was out of alignment, so he made a new one. Other than that he had no problems putting it together. We love the size of it, its double of what one gazebo normally is. Gives us plenty of space for furniture and a fire table, and still room to add an eating table which I have not purchased yet. We love its wind resistance too. We get some crazy winds in the desert, sometimes 60+ mph, and we've since had just a couple days like that, and we have found it to hold up just great! You do hear a little rattle with that kind of wind, but not much. Its solidly in the ground and the parts are solid, holding together well. Can't beat this gazebo for its sturdiness and beauty. Function is awesome and I know in the summer we'll be able to close the curtains when the sun starts beating in any direction, and screens if the flies show up while eating. Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. I normally don’t write reviews, however, I was so impressed after last nights storm (that I thought for sure all my hard work of putting this together was going to be shattered by the quarter sized hail)…. to my surprise, the gazebo was completely unharmed! I was hesitant when I unboxed this at first thinking it would not last a good size storm. I did anchor to post with the cement screws provided, but cemented the other two inside of outdoor gardening pots. The roof panels seemed like they were simply cardboard covered in plexi glass coating, therefore my hopes were not high for the durability. I love this gazebo! It was not easy to put together, it took 4 of us about 7 hours. But I absolutely love it! It's well made and feels like it's going to last a long time. The 4 posts are not solid wood, they feel hollow and if you look close you can see the seams in the wood where they put it together. But I still love it. It shipped in 4 boxes, and you'll definitely need 2 people to move the boxes around. The hooks are nice, I have 2 battery operated pendant lights hanging from them and it looks great!
