We regretted this purchase from put-together day #1! It ended up taking 75 hours to put it together. We had to make several make shift changes because of some pieces that were not provided. The directions have NO WORDS and the tiniest non-descriptive pictures in the world. This is not water proof, but we used spray foam insulation and caulking to seal it up. In any severe heat or hold, it is apparent the windows and top clear roof panels would crack and dry rot. Time will tell! I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT.
