Bought this 10x20 canopy for christmas family gathering because of the predicted rain. Well, we ended up having more than just rain. We had some crazy winds and I thought this canopy is gonna end up in Kansas, In pieces but to our surprise it withheld the beat up from those winds . Now my husband added extra brackets to the ground to keep it in place but the point is this canopy is made of quality materials. I bought this for my birthday party spillover out on my deck in Oregon in October. It was rainy and cold! I did not have super high hopes, given all the tents and reviews I searched up. I'm happy to say that this 10x20 tent was great! Nothing ripped, bent or broke. It was a little difficult to put up, only because it's big and it takes a little strength to extend and pop all the legs in place. 4 people are really best to pull out the legs and extend the tent fully. The sides went up easy with Velcro attachments and looked really nice. We had propane fire pit going and everyone stayed dry and warm, even with a little bit of wind. It’s a very nice canopy. Huge. It’s pretty easy to open we were able to assemble with two people. Instructions don’t specifically say to extend completely before raising the height. But you need to extend the canopy fully before lifting. The canopy top is not thick but it can’t be to heavy anyway it is also not white on the inside. It’s a silver color inside, that may not to matter to most but may be something to think about when decorating for an event. In the pics included it’s not raised to its full height. It was a bit windy so didn’t want to extend all the way up today but we are planning an event and wanted to see how it would fit in our space. Terrible stitching, after 1 use the velcro that is stitched on the inside is already unraveling and coming off. The fabric is so thin that I doubt it will be able to be used only a couple of times without issues of water penetration. So many design flaws with the frame, the awning is difficult to attach and is really awkward and is too short to really make any difference. They stitched a piece of fabric above the frame joints so the frame does not poke through fabric, looks like an afterthought. Our other canopy tent with an awning is made by ABC, that one is durable and is noticeably stronger and much better fabric, it was just sold out and we were forced to buy this one at the end of the show season..
