If wayfair continues to carry this shed after my review and seeing the other reviews about this product then that just shows how much they care about having quality products on their site. At first we thought we were missing all the screws. Customer support finally is sending me screws but I bought my own because it takes a full day for them to respond to one questions, another day for them to ask a question. Another day for them to respond. It really is BS. I am aware that we should open everything and seperate all sides to see if anything is missing but once you've opened all 3 large boxes and taken out the items it will cost you $300 plus to box it up and try and ship it back. We were missing over 20. TWENTY pieces. Thankfully we are knowledgable in fabricating and adjusting, but we had to make brackets for the roof. Missing door handles, Missing ALL the plexigas for the two windows and two windows on door. Missing ALL door hinges. Missing the plate that secures the door handle. Missing ALL the upright support on the inside that supports the walls. Some plastic peices that cover the gaps and makes everything uniform looking are MISSING. It is ridiculous that wayfair would continue to carry from this seller. I won't even get on wayfair to purchase anything ever again and i suggest you do the same. It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.. Ivana. This is a great shed! As a 5’2 woman with a 5’8 hubs, it does feel a little short height wise but perfect for us. We did decide to run 1x4’s around the middle to give the walls some extra support. The shed is fine (although note it will take you 8+ hours to pull all the plastic wrapping off the pieces when you get it!!!). However, we had a bunch of issues with the installers. Wayfair contracted the assembly out to Angi and when they sent the first “professional”, he tried doing it by himself and completely damaged the shed. When I called Wayfair, they sent replacement parts and the parts never showed up (they shipped them to the wrong address). Wayfair then sent a replacement shed, but I had to take down the old one (as they said they don’t do demo work). Angi finally sent two new techs to perform the install of the new shed and it went better. However, from when I ordered the shed to when the second one got installed, it was over a month.. Nicholas. The Suncast 8x10 Shed is a nice addition to our property for our storage needs. I will admit the process of putting together the shed was not as easy as other reviews had suggested (however that is probably user error). Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together. Starting off square and level is essential to a successful shed assembly and we recommend that you consider a base kit to self-square the shed and help level the site. base kits are available for the majority of Arrow sheds. The base kit must be assembled with your selected floor finishing option before you start to build your shed. use the flooring material that best suits your needs, such as wood, patio blocks, or gravel. The base kit may also be used as a form for pouring concrete.
