One year ago I bought a cheaper pergola from another company; it had the nylon roof you pull back with a cord, no side screens available. I like the materials, they seem to be heavy duty. The net I bought is for a 12 x 14 gazebo from Yardistry only issue I ran into was that the net tracks for the long side of the gazebo were not the correct ones, they were longer than the beams where I was to mount them on I ended up having to section about 6 inches of two tracks so they would fit properly. I followed the installation instructions and installed the tracks 2 inches from the bottom of the horizontal beams on the gazebo, and when mounted the nets I noticed there’s about 2-inch gap at the bottom of the net and the floor I don’t know if that’s intended or not. The pergola arrived in good condition. The parts and hardware were labeled well and easy to sort. The instructions were lacking a bit with zero written instructions, only diagrams that occasionally missed the mark. It's sturdy and took 3 adults 3 1/2 hours to assemble, partly because it was a hot day. You'll need a ladder to complete assembly, but everything fits together well. We like the adjustable canvas that allows us to adjust for the changes of the sun throughout the day. It's a great purchase for the price-point. I highly recommend this simple, functional, piece.. For the Price - This thing is Great. I am really enjoying and so far, holding up steady. I live in the almost always Sunny, Southern California so it has not had to endure much weather related pressure, however it has rained twice. The wind will blow the shade off the magnets and it slides, unless you strap it down with the Provided velcro wrap. My problem is that I am too short to reach it so it would require a step ladder for me every time I want to open or close it... so I personally just leave it unstrapped, and if it blows open too far, i just push it back. also the wind blowing the shade can cause a bit of noise as the fasteners that slide the shade back and forth make a bit of a clanging. Nothing you can't get used to, as I already have. but initially it could be annoying. Since the columns are metal, you can actually hang up magnets on them for an added personal decor that isn't permanent like a sticker. The lighting strip that is built in works good, however, it is extremely dim lighting, mainly gives alil ambiance but does not light up the space fully, so I added a wrapped sting of lights from pole to pole that I already had and definitely helped.
