I had installers handle the installation and other than some challenges with drilling it into my cement pad, it seemed to go fine. It certainly looks nice, however, there is no way to affix mosquito netting/screen to it due to the width/square shape of the rim around the top edge. Also, the first time it rained after it was installed, it bled brown onto my cement pad. That did come up when I had it power washed.. Lisamarie. Rockville, MD. Sat May 09 2026

Danyani Maldonado. Louisville, KY. Sun Aug 09 2026

This review is only based on the gazebo and not the company that took 5 weeks to sent me replacement parts. Love this product! Didn’t give it a 5 because a piece was missing. We did eventually get it but was a bit of a headache. Also I feel because we self built it I notice the little things about it more then if we would have paid someone to build it. Did take 2 people and a number of days to build due to our schedule but overall wasn’t too complicated if you want to build it yourself. Love the lights and that you can open and close it.. Lindsay. We bought this pergola to cover a space that we use for an outdoor classroom. The end result is that it looks great, and it does keep the tables dry when it rains. I love that you can open it in sections. My only complaint is that it is a pain to put together. We had one handyman team quit because he was so frustrated. The next team had three guys, and they also said it was a pain even though they they only had to do half the work they still said it was a pain.. Kelly. Chicago, IL. Fri Oct 09 2026
