Not bad! Looks just like the photo in the description. Measured 100 times before I ordered. There is more of a gap towards the bottom right than top. At the top, both sides start at about 34” gap. At the bottom, the right gap ends up being about 1 ¼” and the left about ½”. Mounting was easy as I had slatted blinds, so I just popped those off and replaced the brackets for the new ones - a quick Google search and YouTube video helped. Took about 30 minutes by myself.. I wanted something that provides some privacy (street-facing window) but is still sheer enough to let in plenty of natural light. This does the trick. Dimensions are accurate as advertised. I was happy to find these shades for our patio. Hadn't had much luck except to order custom made at three times the price! I wish these were offered in shorter lengths....96 x 96 is 3 feet longer than the openings on my patio, but we can unroll them to the floor at almost 8 feet, or just leave them at the top of our brick wall and have extra fabric on the roll.
