I ordered four panels of the Olivia Velvet Blackout Curtain in ecru (50" x 84"). One of the panels arrived with black streaks on it, as shown in the photo. I was able to position that panel in a corner to hide the black streaks, so I didn't send it back. Most of the wrinkles and folds came out when I used a fabric steamer on the curtains. These curtains are nice. The velvet fabric feels lovely. The creases came out after ten minutes in the dryer on low heat with a damp hand towel. I bought these velvet drapes in Tusk for my son's studio apartment. We haven't put them up yet, but they're beautiful. They're still in the package, but they look just like the picture.
