I got this when my German Shepherd was a puppy and I wanted to keep him out of the living room. Actually, I should say my husband was having a meltdown because he kept coming and jumping on him so I put the gate up between the dining room and the living room so my husband could have his own kennel, lol it certainly does the job and there’s a very nice gate .
