This was very easy to assemble. My husband put it together by himself. The material seems to be fairly durable and the roll up windows have screen netting. The door has double zippers. This also comes with a mister system that hooks along the top, center pole inside. It does not come with flooring. The flooring in the pictures we added. I ordered this by accident and thought I canceled only because I didn’t realize how big it was. It has sat a few months as I was unable to return it. Well we opened it and realized that because of how you set this up, we were able to put just half of it together and even that size is enormous. We still need to figure out the covering since we only made half of it but this is wha it looks like before the covering. We attached this to 4x4’s and filled with gravel. It is a sweet little place, but I do wish I’d picked a bigger one!! It does need to be caulked to keep the panels in place. Nice greenhouse. Sturdier than I expected. Directions aren’t the greatest but we got it together. I had an issue with a missing part and Wayfair’s customer service was phenomenal. Greenhouse arrived intact and well packaged. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the green house and its parts all were neatly packaged in a black carry bag with straps. My wife has been wanting a greenhouse for awhile now. I ordered the 9.5 x 14 foot one for the backyard. Delivery was fast and it comes in three big boxes. One box came on one day and the other two came the following day. Assembly is easier if you lay out all the parts. One of the boxes has all of the plastic sheeting for the walls and ceiling. The other two contain all the metal parts for the base, frame and hardware. Tools are included for assembly, but I highly recommend a power drilldriver to speed up assembly. Assemble was time consuming, but not not super complex if you follow the directions and don’t try to rush it. There are some parts of the assembly that does require two people. My son helped with constructing the base and the wall and ceiling frames. The rest I did alone over a three day period for 2-3 hours a day. The greenhouse is massive and has plenty of room. This is a very nice and very large greenhouse. It is made with good quality materials. The instructions could be better. If there were pictures in the instructions it would be very helpful. Some parts weren’t marked correctly and some weren’t marked at all. There was even a part shown in the instructions that didn’t even exist. I’m highly disappointed with this greenhouse. I spent over $600 for this for my mom’s birthday and combined Mother’s Day gift ordering on April 27. It took a very long time to assemble and finally completed and installed it yesterday, July 30. Our first rain and isolated thunderstorm came the very next day and panels have already blown out without wind gusts exceeding 14mph. It feels incredibly cheap and flimsy and I feel so scammed I’m sick. Mind you my mother has spent an additional amount of money for the foundation including a large rock sidewalk. We were able to build it fairly easily BUT we had a few parts that were not the correct size. We are waiting for the manufacturer to contact us regarding replacement of the 2 roof vents which were about 6inches too short. One of the corner frames was too short by about an inch as well. we were able to make this work by drilling a different hole but it was incredibly frustrating to deal with. I think we were unlucky enough to get a box that had been previously opened. Many of the parts were dented, though not beyond use, and it was not really obvious that they were until we started putting the poly panels into the frames. If the manufacturer makes this right, by replacing the vents, I would probably give it 4 stars. I am very excited to have it completed and it is quite sizable. My husband is 6ft1 and is able to walk around the majority of the space without ducking. I am 5ft4 and can stand at the shortest side without ducking. Update!! This just got put together and is being used on an upper porch I needed help but is went together nicely I'm hoping it will withstand the wind but I really like it and it will be getting a strap to help keep it in place just in case.
