This deep fryer appears to be a good little fryer. I haven’t had a chance to actually use it yet. I will update my review once it is used. I was not able to put the burner part up correctly because I was minus one nut. I had enough, but it was the wrong one and did not screw on correctly. It doesn’t hold the burner part in place. This is my first smoker and it worked like a charm. Directions say a 25 minute assembly time. That's optimistic, although within an hour it was assembled without issue. 2 racks of ribs.
