This is a great value! Recently had to buy bulbs for new lamps & fixtures, and both name brand and the discount store's generic version had much higher prices, so I ordered the 24 bulb package. It isn’t easy to find frosted, 40w, A15 bulbs that are made of all glass (instead of having a ring of opaque white plastic around the bottom). This is exactly what I needed for two specific lamps, and I’m very pleased that Wayfair had these. The bulbs fit perfectly and look beautiful in a see-through glass fixture, and the frosted finish keeps them from being too harsh on the eyes. The color of the emitted light is warm and inviting Wayfair’s price was also unbeatable, especially for six bulbs. For anyone unfamiliar with bulb sizes, an A15 is smaller than a standard bulb, which is an A19. 4000K e26 standard light bulbs are very difficult to find. I believe Wayfair is the only business to offer these for sale. The light is a very bright clean white light. Not like 2300 or 2800K light that's too yellow, or 5000K light that is "operating theater" horrible blue. This Kelvin light color properly illuminates many different colors properly, making the room they're in look great, from wood tones to the colors in fabrics, paints, carpeting, paintings, etc. These bulbs are the best quality illumination available in a standard light bulb..
